By creating an account or using Prompt Me (operated by PromptMe Foundation) you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

Prompt Me offers educational wellness tools, self-assessments, courses and access to counselling sessions. It is not medical care or an emergency service. See our Disclaimer.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your login private.
  • Choose your role (Student, Parent or Corporate) carefully. It is fixed after you submit your profile; contact us if it was chosen by mistake.
  • Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's agreement.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, harass others or share another person's data.
  • Do not copy or resell our content, tests or courses without permission.

4. Sessions and bookings

Book sessions through the website. You can cancel up to the notice period shown on the booking page. Fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.

5. Your data

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Safety

If you are in danger or may harm yourself, contact local emergency services or Tele-MANAS (India) 14416 immediately.

7. Limits and changes

We provide the service on an as-is basis and are not liable for decisions made solely on tool results. We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Indian law applies.
